- Bachelor degreein Business Supply Chain Total Quality Management or related field preferredand 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu ofdegree high school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experiencemanaging a quality program requiring statistical sampling development andanalysis development and implementation of a quality control plan performingtrend analysis of deficient performance providing training implementingcorrective actions to improve performance.
- Experience withISO 9000 preferred.

GeneralSummary.
The Quality ControlSpecialist acts as a focal point for quality support and addressing customerproblems questions or concerns. They coordinate with the proper site managementand work teams to ensure quality work performance and timely responses tocustomer questions or concerns. Ensure a high level of quality work performanceutilizing quality checks and training.
This position will beresponsible for..
- Document andmaintain reports on overall customer support requirements and satisfaction.
- Monitor siteparcel shipment reports to ensure timely delivery to the end customer perestablished standards.
- Ensure site ismeeting performance objectives relative to self-inspection of the accuracytimeliness and effectiveness of mail manifesting processes.
- Adhere toestablished methods to document and report performance results to theGovernment.
- Visually inspector manually check work processes from transportation induction processingsort and out-load procedures to ensure SOP standards are met.
- Document andmaintain records of process deficiencies identified during QC checks.
- Analyze problemsand develop and implement corrective action to include training.
- Maintainhistorical trend analysis of test results for modifying/enhancing trainingmaterial and SOPs.
- Resolve sitequality safety and security problems and ensure that products are processedand shipped out on a daily basis.
- Ensure thatmanagement is apprised of any customer concerns or quality deficiencies thatmust be addressed.
