About the Internship Program
CDKs award-winning Summer Internship Program is full-time and paid hourly from June 8th to August 14th 2026.
The program will be hybrid with positions in the following office locations: Austin TX; Hoffman Estates IL; Portland OR.

As a Software Engineer (SWE) Intern or a Data Science Intern you will help to engineer the next generation of enterprise class software solutions at CDK utilizing a broad range of the latest technologies. The SWE interns primary responsibilities include development of applications services and components. The internship will provide hands-on technical experience and will work with other team members architects and product owners in the early and continuous delivery of high-quality software products that delight our customers.

Full-stack Software Engineering Intern
Back-end Software Engineering Intern
Front-end Software Engineering Intern
QA or SDET Intern
SRE Intern
Hardware Services Intern
Data Science or Engineering Intern
Data Analytics Intern
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an Associate Bachelors or Masters program in computer science computer engineering data science or other related fields
Software development skills in one or more of front end back end data base programming language scripting language and/or Data Science skills in EDA Modeling Train/Test and results analysis
Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
A great attitude
A drive to learn and innovate
Salary
The salary range for this position is $25.00-$39.00/hour.
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience certifications and work location.
