Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
Ensure that processes meet established Safety Quality and Productivity standards.
Work in a Safety environment to avoid accidents.
Lead Maintenance Personnel for the implementation and monitoring of Preventive and Autonomous systems.
Planning and execution of weekly monthly and annual corrective maintenance activities.
Maintenance control of Plant Facilities.
Maintenance development and review lists of equipment spare parts.
Optimize resources cost reduction or savings related to the process.
Requirements:
Engineering Career: Electronic Mechanical or Mechatronic.
Experience in metal mechanical processes assembly and manufacturing.
Machinery knowledge electro-mechanics automatic and semi-automatic: Hydraulics Pneumatics Electrical Control Failure Analysis.
PLC .
Robot Fanuc.
Experience in Plant Facilities (Compressors Chiller HVAC Water Treatment).
Maintenance KPIs control (Downtime MTTR and MTBF).
Budget Control.
Problem solving methodologies.
Results orientation.
Good attitude (customer service) teamwork oriented ability to work under pressure.
Focused on Continuous Improvement.
Driving de Microsoft office.
Onsite Work Arrangement:
This role is based fully onsite and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
