What Youll Do:
- Welcome customers with a friendly professional approach.
- Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently.
- Document vehicle concerns and explain repair recommendations clearly.
- Serve as the link between technicians and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up.
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed service sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What Were Looking For:
- Service Advisor or automotive customer-service experience preferred not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge; Ford experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
