Our Warehouse Team Member roles work across various areas within the Supply Chain. The Team Member is responsible for the offloading and delivering of materials to both Mixing room and Manufacturing as well as the loading of finished goods onto trailers. Working as part of a team Team Members are responsible for operating Forklift trucks as well as machinery. A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment is essential.

What will be your key deliverables

• Support the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.

• Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.

• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.

• Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.

• Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

• Deliver the Warehouse plan to maintain customer service levels.

• Demonstrate good communication skill.

• Delivering the ingredients and packaging to factories using the Fork Lift Trucks

• Physical role walking around the factory / Warehouse.

• Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required.

• Will demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude to change.

• Were looking for people who are open to working flexibly and feel comfortable adapting to a fast-moving environmentwith support available to help you succeed.

Desirable

• Up to date Counterbalance Forklift License

• Manufacturing Warehouse experience

• Power Pallet truck license

Ideally youll have experience working within a Warehouse in a quality-focused environment.
