You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelop strategies & build roadmaps: You design user-centered data-driven digital commerce strategies as well as product and service roadmaps guiding our clients from idea to implementation and testing.
User research & testing: You plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews surveys A/B tests usability tests) and derive actionable recommendations.
Create design artifacts: You develop journey maps personas wireframes service blueprints and clickable prototypes to make complex services and products easy to understand.
Present results convincingly: You prepare project outcomes in concise management-ready slide decks and present them in a way that convinces with storyline and visualization at the highest level.
Go-to-market & communication: You support the development of go-to-market strategies and communication concepts to successfully position digital services.
Facilitate workshops: You lead workshops design sprints and co-creation sessions to align stakeholders and translate visions into tangible solutions.
Optimize customer journeys: You identify and improve key experience drivers along the customer lifecycle; thanks to data analysis and market trends you keep the big picture in mind.
Agile collaboration: You work closely with cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers researchers product owners and developers while supporting portfolio project and program management.
AI affinity: You keep track of new developments in generative AI and AI-powered tools (e.g. for data analysis or rapid prototyping) and bring their potential into our projects.
Education
Masters degree MBA or PhD in service/product design innovation business or communication management.
Experience
At least three years of professional experience in service design e-commerce consulting or digital product development. You are familiar with the entire service design process and confidently apply methods such as design thinking journey mapping prototyping and user research.
Presentation & storytelling
You are able to clearly structure complex problems translate them into a convincing story and present them in visually appealing management-ready PowerPoint slide decks.
Project portfolio
You demonstrate your qualifications with a meaningful project portfolio (website or PDF) that makes your approach and results visible.
Tools & methods
Proficient in Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro; strong affinity for generative AI and openness to new tools in the design process. Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Communication skills
You facilitate workshops convince stakeholders and enjoy working in a team.
Languages & mobility
Fluent in German and English with willingness to travel as typically required in consulting.
