Job Summary

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Managing client relationship
2. Coordinating service delivery
3. Monitoring service performance
4. Ensuring compliance with service level agreements
5. Managing budget
6. Building and maintaining teams
