Job Summary
Principal Software Engineer ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) Platform for Investment Management
- Location: Midtown Atlanta
- Hybrid: 3 days in office. You choose which days each week
- Compensation: 150k - 180k 25k - 30k bonus

Overview
- Design & develop proprietary scalable solutions for the ESG platform.
- Help portfolio managers assess ESG risk factors and make informed investment decisions.
- Work on sophisticated systems with a complex codebase.
- Full stack role with strong emphasis on:
- Frontend performance
- Backend scalability
- Data visualization
- Build platforms that integrate ESG data from 25 vendors (and growing).
- Develop customizations and add-ons for new and existing clients.
- Troubleshoot and debug performance issues across base code APIs and data layers.
Tech Stack
- Cloud Native:AWS Agile
- Frontend:React Redux RTK Query AG-Grid MUI
- Backend:Java Spring Python PostgreSQL Redis Snowflake
- DevOps:AWS EKS CI/CD pipelines
Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of enterprise software engineering experience
- Cloud-native development expertise
- Extensive React skills
- Proficiency in Java or Python
- Strong AWS experience (Lambda S3 EKS)
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging performance issues
- Experience in fintech investment management asset management or similar domains
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
