Description
- Strategy roadmap is split by phases based on the priority backlog items. The current Card Strategy Execution Phase 1 Project focuses on high-priority items and includes the following key business initiatives amongst other small-mid size improvements:
- 1. Fleet Manager Application: Replace current frontend using existing UX/UI designs and wireframes; built on the OCC backend.
- 2. B2B Marketing Automation: Launch a unified marketing platform using Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrated with our Clients B2B systems.
- 3. Network Expansion & Card Acceptance: Enhance card system connectivity for trucks and mixed fleets (e.g. INA upgrades IDS integration).
- 4. VAT Refund Enhancements 1. Phase 2: Integrate EDENREDs finance portal with our Clients OCC (SSO access branding) 2. Phase 3: Expand to Serbia
- 5. New Client Onboarding via Salesforce (Digital Contracting): Enable eligible businesses to register request credit lines and order fleet cards independentlystarting with Romania.
- 6. And assessing/initiating other potential improvements focusing on Virtual Fleet Card solution (Mobile payment at SeS with Virtual Fleet Card Parking and Highway tolls in clients app paid by Virtual Fleet Card etc. upon finalizing details with Group Consumer Services)
Requirement
- 4 years relevant experience.
- Deep understaning of PM methodology several years of experiance of Waterfall Agile and Hybrid method
- PM soft skills (strategic thinking problem solving communication conflict mgmt agile mindset strategic thinking etc)
- Experience in multinational/corporate environment
- English knowledge level minimum C1
- Personality: hard ownership
