What Youll Be Doing

As an Investment Associate at CIBC Private Investment Counsel (CPIC) you will play a critical role in supporting the Investment Counsellor and Associate Investment Counsellor in servicing high-net-worth client portfolios. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional administrative and client service support enabling the team to maximize productivity and provide a seamless high-end client this fast-paced environment your ability to learn quickly adapt to new challenges and anticipate the needs of discerning clients will be essential. You will work directly with clients ensuring their needs are met efficiently while proactively supporting the Investment Counsellor in all aspects of client management.

How Youll Succeed

  • Deliver Exceptional Investment and Client Support- Assist the Investment Counsellor with comprehensive investment management services including portfolio reviews account documentation and maintaining accurate client records while providing prompt and personalized service to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate and Build Relationships- Work closely with colleagues across Private Banking Retail Banking and other areas to deliver integrated solutions foster strong relationships and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Embrace Technology and Adaptability- Leverage digital tools and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and enhance efficiency while remaining flexible open to feedback and responsive to evolving organizational needs.

  • Youre a certified professional Its an asset if you have an Undergraduate degree in Commerce and/or enrollment in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC.
