Job Description Summary

The 2nd Shift Power Nozzle Repair Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the second shift team. This role involves promoting a safe and efficient work environment maintaining quality standards executing daily management and leading employees to ensure reliability and consistency on the production lines. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the second shift team of 40 hourly employees providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Coordinate daily activities and tasks ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee performance providing feedback coaching and support to foster professional development and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with other departmental supervisors to align processes and achieve overall production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling timekeeping and reporting.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly escalating to higher management when necessary.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
    ORa high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours (2:00 PM 11:00 PM)
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Greenville SC Garlington Rd location

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role ideally within a manufacturing or production setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with safety policies and industry best practices
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

The base pay range for this position is$74800.00 - 95500.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

This posting is expected to close on September 30 2025 or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
