Job Description

The selection process for this position will include a structured interview. Candidate responses to the interview questions will be scored and the selection will be made in accordance with the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract.
All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one year probationary period.
This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
If this position is filled internally the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract
Background Check:
The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicants prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.

- Assist with Creating and Maintaining our Knowledge Base
- Queue Leadership and maintaining work Queues; Some delegation of Tickets
- Mentorship of fellow Staff
- Service NOW Testing

36 mos. combined work experience in multiple areas of assigned responsibility (e.g. infrastructure database administration software development business process analysis) including 12 mos. combined work experience as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
