As MSB Test Process Engineer you will be responsible for the followings:

• Optimizing process tools and systems to achieve high product quality and high efficiency in Test operation.
• Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process.
• Resolve process/product deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement in Test operation (through process characterization process optimization problem resolution and effective controls implementation).
• Handle changes in test process (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high volume production.
• Identify operational perfection (Quality Efficiency Cycle time Delivery / Cost improvement) opportunities.
• Lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.
• Additional tasks would include design and develop business intelligent reporting and dashboards for effective business data visualization enable data driven decision-making.

Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Computer Science or a any electronic related field.

• Strong analytical logical and critical thinking skills

• Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels

• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus

• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable

• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
