Team is looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience using Lean and Agile methodologies to develop products to support Operational Excellence Data Discovery Dashboard & UI development for Data Products supporting Marketing and Sales High Speed Modelling and Marketing and Service Campaign teams. Product Manager will be part of the product teams and will collaborate with Product Owners Software & Data Engineers user groups and other relevant teams to build scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating product vision that drives tangible business impact focusing on business relevant KPIs for a broad product area with organization level impact
- Owns and drives the product vision strategy and roadmap for a significant product line or multiple complex products
- Acts as a strategic thought leader defining and executing on critical initiatives that align with broad business goals and potentially across organizational boundaries
- Mentors and guides other Product Managers influencing the overall product practice
- Act on product vision OKRs and quarterly roadmaps for the C360 platform set by the LL6.
- Prioritize features that improve data quality privacy compliance and operational maturity.
- Partner with data engineering and architecture to design scalable ingestion matching and enrichment pipelines.
- Define and monitor product metrics (freshness accuracy validity null empty)
- Evangelize C360 across the enterprise; run demos train and release notes.
- Manage JIRA resources and user story allocation within the team.
- Gatekeeper for entire CDM to adhere to operational guidelines.
- Oversee the design development and deployment of products that optimize business processes drive automation and improve product quality.
- Ensure that projects are scalable reliable and integrated into existing IT systems.
- Work closely with product teams data analytics and business to identify and business use cases
Experience Required
- 7 years Data Engineering work experience
- IT Solutions GCP Cloud Computing Data Warehousing Data Management
- With 5 years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design engineering and manufacturing domains.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in Product Driven Organization (PDO) would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
- Good analytical skills a process-driven work style and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to develop detailed customer IT and data-driven process flows.
- Strong team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience Preferred
- Technical leadership with hands-on experience
Education Required
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Engineering Information Systems Computer Science Mathematics).
