Respiratory Therapy Specialist Night Shift
Location: Various locations across NJ
Shift: 6:45 PM 7:00 AM 3 x 12 hr shifts/week
Duration: 13 Weeks (high chance of renewal)
Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RRT for an exciting Travel and/or Local job.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care throughout the night shift.
Monitor mechanical ventilation and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Conduct assessments and implement therapeutic plans.
Work collaboratively to manage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
Educate and guide families through treatment processes.
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation.
Meet physical demands of the hospital environment.
Required Skills:
Self-directed and dependable in low-supervision settings.
Capable of managing high-acuity patients overnight.
Comfortable floating between departments.
