HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Labor Relations / HR Professional to engage influence and provide successful multi-domain (HRBP Labor Relations TA Compensation Benefits Learning etc.) HR expertise in support of a large Operations and Maintenance contract within Mission Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to create implement and drive creative and unique Human Capital Solutions by partnering with key stakeholders throughout HR and leaders in an HR Business Partner role. Ideally based at our Fair Lakes VA or Virginia Beach VA location under a hybrid schedule. Open to remote work arrangements with flexibility to travel to multiple sites as needed to support business operations.
