Our Cath Lab Team embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication which are essential for providing specialized care to patients.
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care; accepting a variety of assignments and consulting with other disciplines as appropriate.
- Assists in staff development activities including orienting instructing and training others emphasizing departmental as well as interdepartmental cooperation and teamwork.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to patients comfort and privacy and expresses interest in their progress and aids patients and families as needed in times of stress or crisis.
- Performs plan of care intervention including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments as well as other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors records and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

What were looking for
- Current state RN license
- 2 years Acute Care Experience
- Previous Critical Care Cath Lab Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Associates degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
