We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to improving data quality and integrity across the organization. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data governance data analysis and master data management processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in performing data quality checks and profiling on customer and supplier data using tools like Alation and Datactics.
Support the Product Data Management project by helping with data mapping and analysis for product data integrations and conversions.
Work with the data team to identify and resolve data discrepancies and implement data quality improvements.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Help document data definitions business rules and data lineage to support data governance initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science Information Systems Business Analytics or Computer Science.
Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. SQL Excel).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago/Schaumburg office 2 days a week.

Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
