- Job Title: Finance Analyst
- Location: Hatfield Business Park AL10 9NA
- Salary: 26400.00 - 33000.00
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week; hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
About the Role:
The European Controllership Team is responsible for the accounting and finance activities for many entities across Europe supporting the Operational and Commercial businesses as well as compliance with local requirements. This role has a focus on payments banking and financial administration within the team primarily supporting the Cardtronics subdivision of NCR Atleos.
Main Responsibilities:
- Banking and treasury activity (payments and reconciliation)
- Managing banking email mailbox
- Supporting on audit queries (variance explanation providing supporting document)
- Cash reconciliations and GL postings
- Weekly cashflow projections and liquidity management
- Balance Sheet Recs (Cash and Misc)
- UK Bad debt provisioning
- AP and AR Reconciliations
- CAMIS reporting (Industry Specific) and UK ONS returns
- Ad hoc tasks and analysis and miscellaneous GL Entries
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in finance or administration preferable
- Good computer skills and high level of Excel capability including pivots sumifs vlookups conditional formatting
- Good numeric and literacy skills
- Languages area bonus (Spanish Portuguese German Greek)
- Able to learn quickly and manage workload deliverables
- Be driven by a strong work ethic
- A keen eye for detail due to the data intensive business environment
