Last year COWI marked an exciting new chapter with the launch of our transformation program LEAP. As we continue our journey towards innovation sustainability and profitable growth we have strengthened our finance leadership through the appointment of a new Head of Finance.
To partner and support this role we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Head of Finance Nicolas this role you will be at the heart of driving strategic initiatives enabling operational excellence and safeguarding robust financial governance and reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Finance by anticipating needs and providing strategic insights for effective decision-making.
Prepare and present complex financial information into clear actionable points for leadership engagements.
Support preparation and delivery of accurate timely materials for the Finance Leadership Team the Executive Leadership Team the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
Project management of the Group Annual Report process ensuring compliance accuracy and strategic financial insights.
Coordinate Audit Committee meetings and collaborate with the Executive Office on scheduling key leadership events.
Close collaboration with COWI Group CFO and Executive Office
Shape and actively contribute to the finance transformation roadmap
Provide proactive day-to-day operational support managing complex scheduling travel logistics and meeting preparations.
Plan and deliver leadership meeting agendas materials actions and workshops to strengthen collaboration across finance.

The first step to thrive in this role is that you have strong analytical and communication skills able to translate complex financial data into clear insights. You naturally build trust and effective relationships across diverse stakeholders in the organization. Furthermore you have proven experience from management consulting or from a similar role supporting senior leadership in Finance.
On top of that you will have:
Masters degree in finance Accounting Business Administration Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA ACCA) are a plus.
Proven experience supporting senior finance leadership or from management consulting is an advantage.
Strong financial literacy with the capability to analyze and communicate complex information clearly.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated integrity confidentiality and proactive problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced environment.
