We are seeking for a highly motivated sales leader with the ability to lead develop and implement sales strategies within the Italian this role you will drive Emersons Branson business growth initiatives to boost our presence in targeted industries and expand our customer base.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive and deliver the Branson profitable growth plan provide direction
  • Analyze each channels efficiency streamlining sales operations and aligning them with customer preferences and market trends. Carry outmarket research and customer needs.
  • Efficiently establish and further develop a strong and diverse sales organization by demonstrating positive and inclusive leadership behavior. Attract and develop top talent who will further develop in our organization.
  • Develop and run detailed regional penetration plans using account planning and segmentation processes by product line industry segment major accounts account type and business opportunities and by that ensure strong hit rate growth and sales efficiency.
  • Engage with the Emerson teams in the region to ensure maximum sales and cost synergies and best project execution.
  • Own financial performance/metrics (i.e. Forecasting Budget POR and S&OP) for designated region
  • Build and develop competent Sales and drive cooperation between Sales team Application Engineering and Field Service organizations in Italy
  • Collaborate with all functions and departments as needed Operations Customer Service Business Development Solutions and Marketing etc.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • A strong personality with the ability to connect with all levels within and outside of the organization.

  • Proficiency in English (verbal reading and writing)

  • Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can optimally work at all levels for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Willingness to extensive travel

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Automotive Energy Storage System (ESS) and EV and Battery Business and applications knowledge is highly preferred
  • Additional languages
  • Technical educational background
