| Minimum Qualifications: | Masters degree in College Student Personnel Higher Education or related field Two years experience in Student Affairs Ability to plan organize and implement campus programs Mastery of written and oral communication Openness and willingness to work in a Catholic Marianist educational environment Experience working with student organization issues surrounding risk management and event planning Experience working with assessment and student learning outcomes Experience or exposure to the student conduct process |
