1. Education Requirement:
Provide academic advising career exploration and personal counseling to youth in secure care
Collaborate with instructional staff to support Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and transition goals
Facilitate group sessions focused on social-emotional learning conflict resolution and life skills
Identify barriers to learning and coordinate referrals to mental health or social services as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
Support trauma-informed practices and ensure compliance with PREA standards
Participate in professional development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
