We are looking for a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the performance scalability and impact of our Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This role will manage cross-functional programs that improve customer engagement streamline internal processes and support the delivery of world-class service.
Location: Dundee (hybrid)
Salary range: 75000- 85000 Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution
Drive the planning coordination and execution of high-impact programs that support CSM goals and customer outcomes.
Define program scope milestones KPIs and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Success teams to align on priorities and ensure seamless program delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders translating requirements and managing expectations.
Process & Systems Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities to increase operational efficiency within the CSM organization.
Ensure programs are delivered on time within scope and aligned with NCR Atleos strategic objectives.
Customer-Centric Innovation
Champion the voice of the customer in program planning and execution.
Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction retention and long-term success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
5 years of experience in technical program management
Strong understanding of customer success operations.
Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet Asana)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Experience with banking software and hardware technologies.
