We are looking for a specialist to act as thetechnical reference for regulatory reporting to the Brazilian Central Bank (BCB) with a strong focus onFinancial Statements (DFs) CADOCs andexternal audit coordination. Youll play a key role in ensuring that all submissions areaccurate timely and audit-ready.

What Youll Be Doing

    • Lead theregulatory accounting closeprocess and the preparation ofBalance Sheet Income Statement (DRE) Cash Flow (DFC) Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL)andNotes underCOSIFandCPC/IFRS(when applicable).
    • Prepare validate and submitCADOC reports and other regulatory filingsapplicable to Payment Institutions (Segment S3) maintainingfull audit trails and reconciliationswith the general ledger.
    • Manage and improve theregulatory reporting calendar anticipating risks and developing action plans as needed.
    • Design and maintaininternal controls and automated data quality validations(completeness accuracy consistency timeliness) supported byKPIs and SLAs.
    • Act as themain point of contact for external auditors handling PBC lists Q&As circularization processes and coordination with internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate withData and Engineering teamsto document business rules enhanceETL/ELT pipelines and automate checks and reporting packages.
    • SupportTreasury Risk FP&A Legal and Complianceteams with regulatory data and financial statement analysis.
    • Monitor regulatory changes fromBCB/CMNapplicable to Segment S3 and lead updates to internal processes and templates.

What You Need to Succeed

    • Bachelors degree inAccounting Economics Business Administration or related fields.
    • (ActiveCRCregistration is a strong plus.)
    • Experience in accounting or regulatory roles within financial or payment institutions with hands-on work inDFs COSIF and CADOCs.
    • Solid experience withexternal audits(Big 4 or similar) including planning execution and issue resolution.
    • AdvancedExcel/Google Sheetsandbasic to intermediate SQLfor reconciliation and data testing.
    • Working knowledge ofBCB/CMN regulationsapplicable toSegment S3 Payment Institutionsand internal controls frameworks.
    • Excellent command ofPortuguese;English for reading/writing regulations and auditor communicationsis desirable.

Nice-to-Have

    • Understanding ofIFRS 9(credit risk classification and expected loss modeling).
    • Familiarity withPython (pandas)for automation of checks and reporting packages.
    • Experience withBI tools(Looker Data Studio Power BI) andcloud databases(BigQuery Snowflake Postgres).
