Were looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing governing and optimising contractual agreements. Acting as a trusted advisor youll provide contractual and commercial expertise that drives value ensures compliance and supports operational success.

What youll do

• Manage and govern all key contractual mechanisms from obligation tracking to change control.
• Draft and review complex contractual documents including CCNs conformed contracts and financial models.
• Act as the principal contact for contract-related queries liaising with sales operations legal advisers and clients.
• Provide commercial insight to mitigate risks resolve disputes and identify opportunities.
• Support pre-sales and service delivery teams with negotiations risk analysis and contract walkthroughs.
• Continuously improve contracting processes and governance driving best practice and innovation.

What youll need

• Proven experience managing large and complex contracts.
• Strong drafting negotiation and risk management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Solid understanding of financial principles (P&L Balance Sheet) and commercial policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong project management capability.
