Job Description
Key Performance Indicators
- Adherence to Ethics & Compliance policies
- Timely and accurate reporting of medical activities
- Achievement of annual medical affairs targets
- Quality and relevance of medical insights shared
- Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration
- Compliance in material review and approval
- Risk mitigation and internal control execution
- Responsiveness to safety and technical complaints
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Medicine is must (Medical Doctors).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in clinical research drug development and medical affairs.
- Expertise in Oncology is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with clinical trials medical information and compliance standards.
