Role Overview
Support pricing strategy financial oversight and performance tracking across both projects and broader business units. This remote role requires strong analytical skills financial rigor and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with delivery bid and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop use and maintain pricing models for proposals and active projects using standardized tools and templates.
- Partner with delivery and business unit leads to create costeffective competitive pricing aligned to strategy.
- Support forecasting budgeting and tracking of actuals at both project and business unit level.
- Provide clear timely financial tracking including budget vs actuals revenue recognition and invoicing.
- Monitor performance and highlight variances early to enable proactive course correction.
- Assist proposal responses with accurate costing and complete financial inputs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure financial controls are understood and followed.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in pricing project accounting or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
- Experience managing projectbased financials (T&M fixed price etc.) and wider unitlevel reporting.
- Strong communicator who can work independently across geographies and functions.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite SAP or similar.
- Highly detailoriented organized and proactive.
- Finance tools and systems.
