Job Summary
BitBang is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Project Manager to join our fastgrowing team. This role will be responsible for planning executing and closing projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills a strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1 Project Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation.
Define project scope goals and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
2 Team & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate and lead crossfunctional project teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status effectively.
Facilitate meetings status updates and project reviews.
3 Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve issues and roadblocks quickly to ensure smooth project execution.
4 Quality & Delivery Assurance
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Conduct postproject evaluations and document lessons learned.
5 Reporting & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
3 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a techdriven environment.
Proven experience managing software development projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA ClickUp Asana MS Project).
Work Environment
Working Hours: Start anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM with core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
