Isentia is the Asia-Pacifics leading media intelligence company empowering over 6000 clients worldwide including brands like Apple Coca-Cola Pfizer HSBC and government bodies such as the Singapore Australian and UK Governments. With a team of 1000 experts and AI-driven technology we monitor over six million data sources - social (TikTok IG Reddit FB etc) mainstream (news TV radio) search and first-party datadelivering real-time alerts reports and deep analysis. Our award-winning solutions assist clients in corporate communications PR marketing and brand strategy. Supported by a dedicated team of analysts and account managers we provide hands-on support ensuring our clients make informed decisions in an evolving media landscape.
- Due to location considerations and in support of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) this position observes a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.
Responsibilities
As an Insights - Freelancer you will be tapped on an as needed/per project basis.
- Work on tasks assigned by the Insights Manager or Insights Team including but not limited to: data assessment charting report writing press release compilation highlight news selection daily report creation.
Requirements
- Based in Thailand follows Bangkok/Singapore time zones (UTC7/UTC8)
- High-speed internet connection
- Has a personal laptop/computer
- Has access to and proficiency in MS Office applications specifically Word PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables)
- Strong Thai and English language proficiency with excellent writing skills
- Experience with report writing and creating recommendations
- Analytical mindsetable to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
- Attention to detailconstantly questioning What does this data mean
- Background in at least one of the following is an advantage: market research data analyticsmedia monitoring or journalism
- Experience with social mediaunderstanding of social media marketing or monitoring
This role is for a freelance position.
