If you have experience in customer operations customer service KYC/KYB or other back-office functions covering it with French language we want to hear from you!
Your Role
You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.
- Incoming customer query handling
- Investigation and resolution of financial transactions issues such as double charges claims etc.
- Undertaking research document checks and financial crime risk assessment via internal and external sources
- Detecting and reporting suspicious activity including the predicate offences to money laundering and terrorist financing
- Ensuring all documents submitted are in line with internal policies
- Escalating any red flags and potential risks to the escalation team
- Handling sensitive or confidential information
- Billing supplier management and a diverse range of back-office tasks to broaden your experience
- Additionally working hours is from 9 till 18 and sometimes could be a need to cover duties during Lithuanian bank holidays.
Nice to have experience in KYC/AML/KYB and additional language like Spanish/Italian but French is a must.
