Job Summary
A leading employee-owned design studio in Central London is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its collaborative and purpose-driven team. Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of largescale ( 20m) projects across various sectors
- Manage multiple live projects and delegate effectively to junior team members and outsourcing partners
- Write full specifications and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders
- Oversee project delivery from concept to completion ensuring quality compliance and profitability
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
- Report to the regional director and manage a small internal team
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience running complex projects independently
- Strong Revit proficiency and working knowledge of NBS Chorus
- Familiarity with MMC and net zero carbon design principles
- Ability to manage fees invoicing and project finances
- Experience in the education sector and with remote delivery partners is desirable
- Knowledge of Dynamo scripting is a plus
- The right to live and work in the UK
