As Growth Intern at Tekkr youll be at the forefront of shaping Tekkrs growth strategy. Youll work directly with our founding team to refine our positioning craft content that resonates with startup leaders and run experiments to find repeatable go-to-market motions. We learn super-fast iterate very quickly and need your help to experiment our way to a repeatable GTM strategy.

Tasks

Shape Tekkrs early GTM strategy from positioning to outreach
Craft high-quality content: case studies founder posts videos and white papers
Drive personalized outreach to top-tier startup founders and VCs
Build credibility by amplifying success stories with our early customers
Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future GTM decisions

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in business (or related degree) - Please submit your grades with your application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and experimental mindset comfort with data and iteration
Previous experience at early-stage startups VCs or high-growth environments
Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter creative problem solver thrives in ambiguity
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate (were building a local team first)
Full professional proficiency in English German is a strong plus
European work permit required
