Infrastructure Engineer
Memphis TN (100% onsite)
6 months with possible extension
- The Infrastructure Engineer I will be a key contributor to the Digital Workplace Team supporting and enhancing the end-user technology experience across the enterprise.
- This role focuses on endpoint engineering device management and collaboration platforms leveraging modern workplace technologies to ensure secure efficient and user-friendly digital environments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technically proficient individual with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in workplace technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint support.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools (Intune JAMF).
- Expert level knowledge of identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Expert knowledge with patch management configuration and processes.
- Extensive experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments.
- Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems protocols and standards.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
