Infrastructure Engineer

Memphis TN (100% onsite)

6 months with possible extension

The Infrastructure Engineer I will be a key contributor to the Digital Workplace Team supporting and enhancing the end-user technology experience across the enterprise.
This role focuses on endpoint engineering device management and collaboration platforms leveraging modern workplace technologies to ensure secure efficient and user-friendly digital environments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technically proficient individual with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in workplace technology.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint support.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools (Intune JAMF).
Expert level knowledge of identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID).
Expert knowledge with patch management configuration and processes.
Extensive experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments.
Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems protocols and standards.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
