Solution IT Inc. is looking for AI Engineer for one of its clients in Newark NJ (3 Days a week onsite).
Job Title: AI Engineer
Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to lead the development of a Proof of Concept (PoC) for intelligent AI agents capable of processing and interacting with documents emails and proxy cards. This role involves designing autonomous agents using LLMs NLP and decision-making frameworks to automate workflows and enhance data-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Build AI Agents using LLMs (e.g. GPT) NLP pipelines and planning algorithms for document/email parsing and decision-making.
- Develop PoC systems that extract interpret and act on structured and unstructured data from emails proxy cards and business documents.
- Integrate agents into existing workflows or APIs (e.g. Outlook SharePoint CRM systems).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PoC goals with business outcomes.
- Implement feedback loops human-in-the-loop strategies and safety mechanisms.
- Monitor agent performance and iterate based on KPIs like accuracy latency and task completion rate.
Required Skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or related field.
- Strong experience with Python TensorFlow PyTorch and LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with NLP document classification email parsing and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g. AutoGPT CrewAI ReAct).
- Experience with vector databases prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
- Understanding of data pipelines API integration and cloud deployment.
Work Site: Newark NJ (3 Days a week onsite)
