Job Description
Job Summary
- The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning execution and delivery of various products.
- As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features manage the product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product success.
- Lead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks escalating when necessary
- Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Define product features prioritize the product backlog and work closely with the development team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implemented
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Ensure product success through effective collaboration communication and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
- Proven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environment
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles
- Certification in safe or project management (e.g. safe product owner/product manager PMP) is preferred
- Certifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Candidate with 10 years of product ownership experience with strong financial background; experience in handling payment gateways or financial products
- Lead digital transformation; worked in fortune 500 companies; worked in customer facing products like web or mobile app
- Client is NOT looking for a data person.
- Also preferred is a candidate who has played the role of a Product Manager of a smaller shop or start up. As they didnt have the organizational process rigor or same magnitude in ramifications they can start as a Product Owner.
- It would be nice to have if one of the product managers have the following skillset: SFDC Marketing Cloud experience.
- Creating new journey templates and email campaigns
