Job Description
Sparrow Hospital is needing a mammography tech to perform both mammograms & x-rays for Monday thru Friday with rotating morning shifts. Patient Age Group: Adults/Geriatrics Hours Needed: 7AM/7:30AM/8AM (Rotating Shifts; shifts are subjected to change based on hospital need) Shift: 5x8s No Weekends Certifications Required: ARRT M ARRT R BLS Work Settings Required: Outpatient Preferred: Inpatient Procedures: 3D Mammography Digital Mammography Screening Mammograms Professional Knowledge and Skills: Digital Quality Assurance Procedures Isolation Precautions Radiation Safety Universal Precautions/Core Measures Additional Skills: Outpatient X-Ray Years of Experience: 2 Years Electronic Documentation: EPIC (Preferred) Unit Accepts 1st Time Traveler: Yes Orientation Details - # of Hours: 40 Pre-Approved Time-Off Per Contract: 1 Request Scrub Color: Wine
