Job Summary
Location: Gloucester MA 01930
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 4 8 weeks (with potential for extension)
Schedule: 5 days/week rotating weekends possible
Available Shifts:
- Day: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Overnight: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Role Overview:
Were seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support residents in a long-term care facility. This is a contract or PRN opportunity ideal for nurses looking for flexibility great teamwork and meaningful patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform resident assessments and develop/update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Supervise LPNs CNAs and other support staff
- Document all care accurately using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with federal state and facility regulations
- Provide high-quality compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent SNF experience
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
- Availability for scheduled shifts including weekends
- Strong critical thinking communication and leadership skills
