Job Overview:

Value technology seeking a highly experienced PEGA Developer with a strong background in Smart Dispute and Debit Card systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Pega platform and a solid understanding of enterprise-level integration architecture and development practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience/training)
10 years of professional experience in software engineering
PEGA LSA Certification is required
Experience working on Smart Dispute and Debit Card systems is mandatory
Strong understanding of information systems and ability to implement best practices
Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep expertise in Pega platform design architecture and development
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g. SQL Server Postgres)
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) in Pega applications
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitLab
Exposure to JavaScript frameworks
Familiarity with Distributed Platforms (e.g. .NET Java) Mainframe and Web applications
Experience with Kafka messaging systems
Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes container platforms
