About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. This role involves performing daily cycle counts updating inventory records investigating discrepancies and ensuring stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Youll work closely with warehouse production and logistics teams to maintain smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
Maintain and update inventory records in management systems.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances quickly and effectively.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
Assist with full inventory audits and compliance checks.
Ensure FIFO and company-specific inventory processes are followed.
Monitor and report damaged or obsolete stock.
Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a cold storage environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in inventory control cycle counting or warehouse operations (food industry experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs and work in a cold storage environment.
Flexibility with changing start times and willingness to work weekends if required.
Positive attitude good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
