Job Summary
Project Manager (PM)
- Experience: 7 years in electrical contracting or large-scale construction (multifamily mixed-use or commercial $5-10M).
- Independence: Must be able to take ownership of projects with limited oversight driving schedules budgets and client relations.
- Skills: Strong in Procore Kojo and scheduling software; proven ability to handle manpower forecasting vendor negotiations and change orders.
