Job Description

Project Manager (PM)

Experience: 7 years in electrical contracting or large-scale construction (multifamily mixed-use or commercial $5-10M).

Independence: Must be able to take ownership of projects with limited oversight driving schedules budgets and client relations.

Skills: Strong in Procore Kojo and scheduling software; proven ability to handle manpower forecasting vendor negotiations and change orders.

Expectation: A self-directed leader who can build trust with clients and keep projects aligned without waiting for corporate direction.
