Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
Track and report team metrics (velocity burndown charts etc.) to stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Act as a servant leader and mentor to the development team.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
Drive Agile maturity across teams and contribute to Agile CoE initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 12 years of total experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
Experience working in retail or e-commerce domain is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams and deliver complex projects.
Excellent facilitation coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira Confluence Rally or Azure DevOps.
Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM) is preferred.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
