Job Summary

Title: Data Engineer/Data Lead

Work Location: McKinney Plano TX (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Required Qualifications:

Strong 7 years of experience in SQL.
8 years of experience in ADLS (Azure Data Lake Store) Data Bricks PySpark Azure SQL Python SSIS
SQL AWS Python
Experience in ETL jobs is desirable
Identify performance bottlenecks in existing environment and refine/rewrite in Stored Procedure
Experience in addressing performance issues in SQL/ETL
Participate in design reviews and provide input to design recommendations
Incorporate security requirements into design and provide input to information/data flow
Document detailed application specifications and translate technical requirements into programmed application modules.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications.
