Customer Service
Job objective:
Responsible for providing customers with services such as order entry inquiries product advice complaint handling and other customer service to enhance the company's image and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- Marketing management or other related areas related administration.
- Advanced English.
- 1 year or more of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of marketing-related businesses.
- Familiarity with business processes and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Office software.
- Proficiency in the use of information systems.
Responsibilities:
- Sign sales orders with customers in accordance with the sales contract organize the review and issue orders.
- Send order reviews to the logistics and production departments in a timely manner and follow up on the procurement of raw materials and production planning.
- Monitor and inspect the production process to ensure timely delivery and order quality.
- Monitor that orders production and shipments in your area of responsibility are carried out as scheduled. If there are any anomalies communicate them and coordinate with the customer in a timely manner.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries comments and complaints related to after-sales services record them in a timely manner and coordinate with the relevant departments or individuals to resolve them.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to customers in the area to learn about their experience and new needs keep records of these visits and provide regular feedback to superiors.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys in the relevant area summarize statistical data and present it to superiors.
- Manage the customer portal and customer scorecard.
- Manage classify and file sales contracts and other customer documents and information for the area under your responsibility.
- Submit relevant weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Follow up reconcile and issue invoices for accounts receivable in accordance with the monthly collection plan.
- Remind and follow up on past-due accounts receivable.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
