Job Summary

Must be located within territory. Preferability in Ohio but can consider Kentucky as well. 

Purpose:

Lead a team of Hematology Clinical Accounts Specialists in the Ohio and Kentucky area of the United States to transform the lives of people impacted by cancer through compliant promotional activity and key account management. A successful candidate for this position has what it takes to confidently lead people through change while delivering on results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop HCASs to maximize their unique strengths.
  • Lead and direct execution efforts with HCAS team and cross-functional partners.
  • Serve team as an expert in product knowledge and a deep understanding of disease state and the evolving hematology/oncology marketplace.
  • Strategically execute brand strategy at a local level to positively impact the business.
  • Cultivate a culture of performance inclusiveness and personal growth.
  • Manage budget and resources to maximize the impact we make on patients.

 


Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 10 years of commercial experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Oncology Sales and/or Account Management experience with documented results.
  • Previous experience leading a sales team preferred.
  • Understanding of the hematology-oncology marketplace preferred.

  • Driving a personal auto or company car or truck or a powered piece of material handling equipment.
  • Valid drivers license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.

 

Preferred but not required

  • MBA or other advanced degree

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation holidays sick) medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

  • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. 

  • This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs
