Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Radio-Sonographer who is able to perform both radiography and sonography (ultrasound) services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiography and sonography examinations as requested by referring physicians in compliance with statutory regulations and professional standards.
- Ensure proper use care and handling of imaging equipment to maintain accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with nurses and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Deliver quality customer service and maintain a professional and compassionate approach towards patients.
- Adhere to all radiology safety policies and protocols.
- Undertake other assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Radiography from a recognized institution.
- Ability to perform multiple imaging modalities including ultrasound is an advantage.
- Preferably 23 years of relevant experience.
- AHPC certification is mandatory.
- Mature committed and dedicated professional with strong teamwork and independent working skills.
- Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset.
- Able to manage challenging situations including patient satisfaction concerns within diagnostic centres.
