Job Description
Requirements:
-
Experience preparing implementing and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy including Assessment and Authorization requirements.

Experience may include:
-
Planning implementing upgrading and/or monitoring cybersecurity measures to improve cyber defense and maintain a cyber-resilient network.

Assessing cybersecurity vulnerabilities for risks and proposing/implementing remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies.

Ensuring appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.

Responding to computer security breaches to re-establish protections and prepare required reports.

Education:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity Computer Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science (or equivalent).

Depending on PWS tasking individual shall be certified as Information Assurance Management (IAM) Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level I (position-based) per DoD 8570.1M and subsequent DoD 8140 manual as applicable.
