We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team at a prominent manufacturing and ERP solutions company operating with a focused and efficient IT team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn and contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our vital HRIS platform. Youll gain hands-on experience supporting our HR functions and ensuring accurate employee data. This is a great chance to pivot into a specialized area of HR that is increasingly in demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Provide first-level support to HR users and employees for HRIS-related inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
  • * Assist with data entry mass data uploads and ongoing data integrity audits to ensure accuracy within the HRIS.
  • * Generate routine HRIS reports and dashboards as requested by HR and business leaders.
  • * Support system configuration changes under the guidance of senior HRIS analysts.
  • * Assist in testing new HRIS functionalities upgrades and system enhancements.
  • * Help maintain system documentation user guides and training materials.
  • * Collaborate with HR team members to understand system needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • * Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and system utilization.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • * Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • * 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role with exposure to HR systems.
  • * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables basic formulas).
  • * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • * Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • * An eagerness to learn new technologies and HR processes.
  • * Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • * Prior exposure to a major HRIS platform (e.g. Workday UKG Pro SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Cloud).
  • * Experience with data entry and data validation in a business system.
  • * Any experience with report generation or basic data analysis.
  • * Familiarity with ticketing systems for user support.
