We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Systems Analyst to join our team at a prominent manufacturing and ERP solutions company operating with a focused and efficient IT this pivotal role you will be instrumental in optimizing our HRIS capabilities ensuring data integrity and providing exceptional system support to our diverse employee base across various locations. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day configuration administration and support of our core HRIS system (e.g. Workday UKG Pro SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Cloud).
* Ensure the accuracy integrity and security of HR data conducting regular audits and developing data governance procedures.
* Develop maintain and generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support HR and business leadership needs.
* Provide timely and effective end-user support troubleshooting system issues and guiding HR professionals and employees.
* Manage HRIS security roles and permissions ensuring compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations.
* Participate in system upgrades testing new functionalities and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation user guides and training materials.
* Collaborate with HR IT and other stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
Recommended Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
* 3 years of progressive experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
* Expert-level proficiency with at least one major HRIS platform (e.g. Workday UKG Pro SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Cloud).
* Strong understanding of HR processes across various modules (e.g. Core HR Payroll Benefits Time & Attendance Talent Management).
* Demonstrated experience with data analysis reporting tools and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of translating technical information to non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a large complex organizational environment preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
* Proficiency in SQL or other scripting languages for data extraction and manipulation.
* Experience with HRIS integrations (APIs SFTP) and supporting system upgrades or new module implementations.
* Project management experience related to HRIS initiatives.
* Experience providing end-user training and developing instructional materials.
