Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Capability Developer to join our fast-paced team. The Capability Developer will be in charge of making programs that improve the skills knowledge and performance of the organization as a whole. This person will work with people from different departments to figure out what needs to be done come up with learning solutions and make sure that our workforce keeps growing and staying competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Look at what the organization can do find skill gaps and create programs that will help fill those gaps.

Create build and deliver e-learning solutions workshops and training modules for people in different roles and at different levels.

Work with department heads and subject matter experts to make sure that capability development projects are in line with business goals.

Use data-driven metrics to judge how well training and development programs work and suggest ways to make them better.

Keep up with the latest trends in learning and development by using best practices and new ideas.

Capability mapping can help with talent management and succession planning.

Create and keep up with reports training materials and other documents.

Help with coaching sessions focus groups and workshops as needed.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in human resources education organizational development or a related field.

2 years of experience in capability development learning and development or a similar field.

Strong project management skills; able to handle more than one project at a time.

Great skills in communication facilitation and getting along with others.

Ability to use learning management systems (LMS) and tools for creating e-learning content.

A mind for analysis that can read data and figure out how well a program works.

Having a certification in Learning and Development (like CPLP or ATD) is a plus.

Pay by the hour: $45 to $60 depending on experience.
